To achieve our objective, which is simply that our customers (currently more than 1,800) have the best service in computing and communications, we follow these steps for each new project:
 

  1. Consulting and Analysis: What in a nutshell means that we will listen, we will understand your needs and wishes, because no one knows better than you what you need, and then, we will analyze your request from a professional point of view.
  2. Project Management: after our technicians have assessed your needs depending on what you requested, we do a project and a budget respecting the quality-price ratio. We do these two steps with no cost, except in the case of large projects.
  3. Implementation and Training: once accepted the project and budget, we provide the equipment both software and hardware that you require considering that we only work with the best brands in the international market; we install it to leave it operational and we indicate you how to use it, (if that was necessary), that is to say, we offer parallel training. We assure you that this process will be completed in the shortest time possible, a guarantee that we dare to do because our extensive industry experience allows us.
  4. Support and maintenance: it is precisely here where our fundamental and most important work begins, because from this moment we are at your entire disposal to assist you in the Maintenance, Support, Upgrade, Process Monitoring, Repair and all value services that our customers need to help their business activity. We also work throughout the Canary Islands Archipelago with professionals in each of the islands.

 
Although there are four services described, there is a fifth component that makes it different from similar companies and that binds us to you as a customer, as far as you want, and that is ADVICE.
